While he was congratulating the commissioner for improving the already excellent bilateral relations between Nigeria and Great Britain significantly during his regime, he lauded Mr. Andrew Lloyd's struggle to boost trade and economic cooperation between Nigeria and Britain, stating that “We shall go on to count on your support and I hope your successor will continue your good work here in our country,” he told Lloyd.
