Ekiti Gov Pictured Together With Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala & Former Gov Kayode Fayemi In Abuja Today

The executive Governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji has been pictured together with the President of World Trade Organization, Mrs Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and his predecessor in office, John Kayode Fayemi.

The three political gladiators met at the induction programme organized by the Nigerian Governors Forum for newly elected and returning Governors ahead of the May, 29 Inauguration ceremony.

Recall that some newly elected Governors will take the oath of office on the 29th of May as they start a new journey of leading their respective states for another four years.

Reacting on his verified Facebook page, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji said; "Earlier Today, I took part in an induction programme organized by the Nigeria Governors' Forum (NGF) for newly elected and returning Governors, at the Presidential Banquet Hall, State House, Abuja. The event was aimed at deepening our understanding of governance principles and assisting us in transitioning from the campaigning phase to the actual process of governing."

Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, a former Secretary to the Ekiti State Government was elected as Governor last year under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
