She was born in kaduna on 14 July 1995,to Akintula Arotile and his wife.She attended the Air Force primary school, from 2000 to 2005 and then Air force secondary School 2006 to 2011 before she later gain admission into the Nigeria Defense Academy in 2012.She was Commissioned into The Nigeria Air Force as a Pilot Officer 16 September 2017, and holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Nigeria Defense Academy Kaduna.

She was winged as the first ever helicopter combat pilot in The Nigeria Air Force on 15 October 2019.Tolulope has acquired 460 hours of fight in a helicopter which outstanding for a combat pilot barely just two years in her career.She held commercial pilot license and also underwent tactical flying training on the Augusta 109 Power Attack Helicopters in Italy.
