Recall that, Abuja is a planned city built in the 1980s and on the 12th of December 1991, Abuja replaced Lagos as the Capital City of Nigeria. In Abuja therein, is the residential home of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Abuja unlike many other states in Nigeria has stable power supply, water, good roads//infrastructures and standard security which some of those who reacted to the picture attest to.
