I Have Not Seen My Daughter For 11 Days - Reno Omokri As He Reveals The Sacrifice He Has Been Making

Human rights activist and ex-presidential aide, Reno Omokri has once again revealed the gravity of the sacrifice he has been making owing to the fact that he has been at the forefront of the #HarrassBuhariOutOfLondon protest which has been taking place at the entrance to Abuja House in London, United Kingdom where Nigerian President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari has been staying.

You would recall that following the arrival of Nigerian President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari in London almost two weeks ago for a routine medical checkup, Mr Reno Omokri who is a staunch critic of the Nigerian president's administration had launched a protest to demand that the President returns bck to Nigeria. He, alongside other protesters had accused the president of abandoning Nigerian hospitals because he has access to better healthcare services in the United Kingdom.

This resolve of Mr Reno Omokri to continue with the protest seems to be coming at a great personal cost going by his latest tweet on his verified Twitter handle where he disclosed that he had not seen his baby daughter for 11 days owing to the protest. He used the opportunity to call on all Nigerians to be willing to leave their comfort zone and forgo something important for the love of their fatherland.

On his verified Twitter handle, he had tweeted saying: "This is the sacrifice I have been making for #HarassBuhariOutofLondon. I have not seen my baby daughter for 11 days. If we want Nigeria to make progress, we must all be willing to leave our comfort zone and forgo something important for the love of Nigeria."

You would recall that some weeks ago, the outspoken ex-aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan had welcomed a new baby with his wife. He had named the child (his fourth) Ebele, in honour of his principal.

Dear readers, what do you think about Mr Omokri? Should he continue the protest or just go back home to be with his family?
