She Is A Fulani Woman From Nigeria, And currently She Is The United Nations Deputy Secretary General

Nigeria has been fortunate to have great people scattered over many countries and organizations of the world, amongst a few of them is Dr Ngozi Okonjo Iweala who is the director general of the world trade organization, Dr Akinwinmi Adeshina who is also the president of Agriculture development bank, and the list goes on.

But one thing I have noticed is that when Nigerians are bringing up names of great Nigerians who are making waves and propagating the names of this country for good, they hardly made mention of Mrs Amina Jane Muhammad who happens to be our former Minister for environment.

Mrs Amina was the country honorable Minister of environment from 2015-2016 before she gets a more better calling at the united Nation, and currently she is the deputy secretary general of the United Nation a post she has held on to since January 2017.

Prior to her position as the deputy director general of the United Nation and a Minister, she has also previously worked with the United Nation and many other international organizations in many capacities, she has in the past acted as a special advisor to Ban ki-moon and an ex-Nigeria president, she is a recipient of many local and internation awards in recognition of her great work to humanity.

The beautiful Amina was born in Liverpool in the United kingdom in 1961 to a veterinary doctor of Fulani origin and her mother is a British nurse, she schooled both in Nigeria and in the United kingdom, she is married and blessed with children.

There is no doubt that this woman deserves more recognition, because very few Nigerians holds a position more prestigious than the one she is currently occupying.

Thank you for reading and happy new month to everyone reading this article.

You can drop a word or prayer and encouragement for her.
