The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Abdullahi Adamu, has promised some aggrieved members of the party who dislike the zoning list which the leadership of the party released on Monday, that the party will take a second look at the list.
Abdullahi Adamu confirmed that the zoning list of the party was done without Adequate consultations. Abdullahi Adamu urged the aspirants to calm down and wait for a meeting which will address their concerns.
Abdullahi Adamu revealed that the party will review the list as soon as the president-elect, Bola Tinubu, returns from his travel to Europe. Abdullahi Adamu accepted responsibility for the hurried release of the list without proper consultation.
Speaking further, Abdullahi Adamu said that the circumstances which the party found itself in was what made it to release the list the way it did. Abdullahi Adamu reminded the aggrieved members of the party that it is true that the NWC can look at the list and take a decision now, however, the voice of Bola Tinubu is essential and as such, the party will wait for him to return.
