Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, has charged the Federal and state governments to direct economic policies and other laudable programs at the entire citizenry. The Aje (wealth) Festival has started since Monday at Ile-Ife and it will end on Friday.

Aje (wealth) Festival is Celebrated at Ile-Ife every year for the King of Ile-Ife to pray for the people of Ile-Ife and Yorubas to start acquiring wealth from the beginning of the year till the end of the year.

During the year Aje (wealth) Festival:

Ooni of Ife has advised The federal Government led by President Muhammadu Buhari over several economic programs and policies like the recent Empowerment of 774,000 Nigerians Youths across the country. He also advised the Federal and State governments to do more for the Nigerian youths by using cultural tourism as a veritable means for economic revolution.
