On Wednesday the Senate asked major General, Muhammadu Buhari to tell the federal ministry of labour and productivity to organize a committee to review the age limit for people who the find work In the country Nigeria.
This resolution followed the consideration of a motion by one of the Senate, Ibrahim Gobir
He noted that recruitment requreiment for MDAs and other private bodies that set age limit for people who the find work inadvertently out or excludes and marginalise skillful and competent prospective applicant from attending in such exercise.
He further said: because of the high rate of unemployment in Nigeria, many graduate were out there looking for a job for good 10 years and this put them in a disadvantage side of no fault of their own.
Most of them falsified their age because of not get job in time, their age pass age limit for job and they have no choice than to reduce their age, to be gainfully employed.
As a result of unemployment in Nigeria many graduate joined criminal activities and further increase the crime rate in the country.
