Femi Gbajamiala Invites Nigerians To Take Part In Police Reformation, Check Out What He Tweeted.

The Speaker Federal House of Representatives Femi Gbajamiala has called on all well-meaning Nigeria to join in the proposed Police reformation process.

As part of the promise given to the Youth during and after the EndSars period, that this administration is committed to ending Police brutality and malpractices, the House of Representatives has set things in motion to reform the Nigerian Police and have urge Citizens to participate.

In a tweet shared by the Respected Speaker Femi Gbajamiala at his Twitter handle [email protected] He tweeted; Would you vote for the following items to be part of the proposed reform on the recruitment process? 1.OND as a minimum qualification for recruits 2. Recruits into NPF cannot have criminal records.

3. NPF recruits must now pass a psychological/mental health screening. I

The portal also has a place to add your contribution either to vote for a Yes or A No.

Recall that last year, the Youth went on a rampage in protest of police brutality and to express their grievances over what some alleges to be a bad practice in a unit of the Nigerian police force, SARS.

The fact that the government is calling on Nigerians to have a say in the reformation process is good news for all.
