A former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has stated that he remained loyal to former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan after he lost in 215 and he did not starve.
The Peoples Democratic Party was reacting to those advising him to leave the PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar alone and face his business.

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, a former Vice President of Nigeria lost to the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the recently conducted presidential poll. He has vowed to challenge the results of the presidential election in court.

Reacting on his verified Facebook page, Reno Omokri said; "Stop asking me to leave Waziri Atiku and face #RenosNuggets. This is becoming rather annoying. Waziri is my friend. He has feelings just like you and I. He is only human. He has good plans for Nigeria. The elections may be over, but I never abandon my friends."

He added, "I remained loyal to former President Jonathan after he lost in 2015 and I did not starve."
Recall that Reno Omokri served as one of the aides to former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan when he was in office.
