25% In FCT: We All Agreed In Court That We Won't Have A President Who Wins By Deceit - Prof. Chris Nwokobia

Most people are unsure if obtaining 25% of the vote in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) is necessary to win a presidential election. While some have argued that collecting 25% of the votes in the FCT is not necessary because it is considered a state, others think that because the constitution contains the conjunction "and," it suggests that obtaining 25% of the votes in the FCT is important.

Prof. Chris Nwokobia, one of the Abuja citizens present today, pleaded with the judge to address the issue of the FCT receiving 25% of the vote before Tinubu is elected president of Nigeria.

Prof. Chris Nwaokobia, one of the Abuja citizens who appeared in court today, pleaded with the judge to address the issue of the FCT receiving 25% of the votes before Tinubu is elected president of Nigeria.

They must elect a president in line with the constitution, not one who wins by "selection" or fraud, according to Nwaokobia, who asserted that everyone in attendance today had reached the same conclusion.

Hear him, "We were in court today, we all agreed that we must have a President who wins as provided by the constitution, not a President who wins by deceit."
