Don't say "I am a hustler" here's what it really means

There are certain words used wrongly in Nigerian context. Some Nigerians use some words because they hear other supposedly well-read people whom they respect so much using them. They don't take their time to look up the meaning of such words in the dictionary to know the usage or how such words can be used.

The word "Hustler "according to Oxford English dictionary is a noun, informal and a North American English word which means a person adept at aggressive selling or illicit dealings. It also means a prostitute.

Hustling on the other hand can be used to mean energetic activity, as in work , discourteous shoving, pushing or Jostling. Slang:An inducing by fraud, pressure or deception ,especially of inexperienced or an uninformed persons to buy something, to participate in an illicit scheme ,dishonest gambling ,game ,etc.

Therefore ,I would like to advise everyone to own a dictionary and also take time to look up the meanings of common words as to always use them correctly. Or what do you think?
