On Monday, legal practitioners from both the ruling party and opposition parties were present at the pre-hearing of the presidential election petition.

During an interview with Agu Esq, a legal representative of the Action People's Party (APP), he disclosed that his team asked the court to inform Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) to concede defeat.

This request was made due to the serious allegations leveled against them. The court session was merely a prehearing and the team had made an application for form TF 008, in which they answered various questions.
The answer to question 8, in particular, caught the court's attention. Agu Esq had replied that the respondents should concede defeat in light of the severity of the allegations against them.
Dear readers, what do you think of the boldness of the lawyers who asked the judges to employee the APC candidate to concede defeat on the presidential election?
