I Have Always Stand with People that Speak the Truth and I'm Consistent -Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour Says

The governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Lagos State for the coming Governorship election on the 11th of March, 2023, Architect Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour said he has always stood with people that speak the truth. He said this in an interview with Goldmyne TV recently.

GRV, as he is popularly called is also a businessman turned politician who is contesting for the post of Governor in Lagos State in the coming election on Saturday, this week. He is recently trending on social media because of some of his old tweets made on Twitter.

In some of his old tweets, it was reportedly said that the LP governorship candidate made comments to condemn the Yoruba Nation agitators and others. While reacting to this, GRV didn't deny any of his old tweets.

According to what he told Goldmyne TV, he said:

"I have always stood with people that speak the truth. At least I'm consistent. I was there during Endsars protest, and I condemned killings in the East and the Yoruba Nation agitators".

He further said that he is happy that those people dragging him on social media did not say he is having mental issues or said any negative things about him. Watch the full interview HERE.

Meanwhile, during the last presidential election in Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu emerged as the President-elect. Although he lost his home (Lagos State) to the Labour Party's candidate, Peter Obi. Will this have an effect on the incumbent governor, Sanwo-Olu being re-elected? What do you have to say about this?
