Isa El-Buba, a well-known Nigerian prophet, organised a demonstration against the results of the February 25 presidential election at the headquarters of the Independent National Election Commission in Plateau state.
It should be remembered that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the candidate for the All Progressive Congress, was declared the winner by INEC chairman Mahmood Yakubu.
Atiku Abubakar of the PDP, who received 6,984,520 votes, and Peter Obi of the Labour party were defeated by Asiwaju Tinubu, who received 8,794,726 votes, according to the INEC chairman.
It should also be emphasised that the election's results have received substantial criticism.
However, many people have criticised the electoral authority for holding an election that did not live up to Nigerians' expectations.
Isa El-Buba asserted at the Jos demonstration that Jigawa had been given the Imo State results by INEC.
He stated, "How Are you able to transfer the votes from Imo State to Jigawa and vice versa? How can that be? It is the citizens you are stabbing because of INEC's inconsistencies and consistency. 200 million people will become what you shape them to be based on the decisions made by one leader. See the country; it is in sorrow "he stated.
