I Have More Tapes Of Pastor Kumuyi Than Any Other Pastor - Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo

Reverend Biodun Fatoyinbo spoke about the gospel of Christ at COZA in a recent meeting with his members. He read the book of 2 Corinthians 4:3, which says:

"But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:"

He explained that If it had said ‘If our gospel is silent, then it would have meant that the power of the gospel is in noise; it is in how many times I preach on TV; it is in how many times I carry placards on which ‘Be saved or go to hell’ is written and people say, ‘Oh! I like that man. He said that the Bible does not say, ‘If our gospel is quiet’, which means the communication of the gospel, the full impact of the gospel is not felt. "This is the reason why workers are frustrated, pastors are frustrated, people who are genuinely called, people believe in the man and the vision but people are not coming, things are not working," he said.

He said that he made up his mind because the church he was raised in, they call the pastor a walking bible. How we knew that someone could preach was the number of scriptures he quoted and most of the time, there was a show-off.

He revealed that God does not want you to be deep, God wants you to be impactful. One day, he said he sat down and thought about it; there are at least four churches he knows that is preaching and the churches are exploding. First, if you don’t know Pastor Kumuyi very well, he is a deep teacher. "I think I have more tapes of Pastor Kumuyi than any other pastor. Particularly, his training are very deep but in communicating the truth, he is very simple. You can hear it, you can understand it, even a teenager or a child can understand it," he said.

He further revealed that he has been among ministers who are struggling and they are making fun saying, ‘What is the (Pastor Adeboye) preaching?’, but he has the largest altar on earth.

Finally, he said that the gospel that transforms peoples’ lives is not the one they heard but the one they saw. When you don’t see it, you have an itching ear looking for someone to validate your level because Satan will keep you in bondage. So, I’m not giving to impress anybody, I give because I see.
