Bible Verses Most Pastors Won't Show You About Eating Your Tithes.

According to Deuteronomy 14:23, "Eat the tithe of your grain, new wine, and olive oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks in the presence of the Lord your God at the place he will choose as a dwelling for his name, so that you may learn to fear the Lord your God always".

Deuteronomy 14:24, " But if that place is too far and cannot carry your tithes, the Lord s set his name there and bless you".

Deuteronomy 14:25, "Then exchange the tithe for money, bind it up money in your hand and go to the place that I, the LORD will choose for you".

Deuteronomy 14:26, "Use the money to buy whatever you like, for oxen, sheep, wine, or strong drink, or anything you your soul desire. Then you and your household shall eat in the presence of the Lord and you shall rejoice".

You will hardly hear these parts of the scripture read in the church when tithing is being talked about or preached.

Are we meant to eat our tithes or give it totally to our pastors or priests? Kindly share your thoughts in the comment section and share this article with your friends and family.
