Founder and General Overseer of the Living Faith Church also referred to as "Winners Chapel" Bishop David Oyedepo has reportedly sacked some members In his pastor's group for underperforming in their duties.
News broke out this afternoon by popular news and entertainment blog on Twitter @ Naija_pr that some pastors in the living faith branch at Benue state have been sacked for lack of growth.
According to the official statement released by the executive secretary of the church Adebisi .O. Aboluwade, The decision to sack the pastors came after a performance review was conducted.
The review showed that their church index growth fell below the standards of the church and as such, their position as "pastor in charge" will be relinquished with immediate effect.
The pastors were asked to vacate from the official accommodation that was provided earlier and also ensure they return any property in their possession that belongs to the church.
The post sparked mixed reactions from their members who have expressed their thoughts and opinions on the subject matter.
