God will help you throughout this week. it's an instinct to protect the things we love most in our lives, and lucky for us that we have a little extra help to make sure that they stay protected. Our Lord is always looking out for us, even when we may not realize it or think about him during the busiest moments in our days. But, when we want that extra feeling of safety or crave a little satisfaction knowing that God is listening, there are prayers for protection to read, say, and meditate on.

Never underestimate what the power of prayer can do in any situation. God knows exactly what we need when we need it. So whether you’re calling for protection on yourself, your home, your children, or simply the world, know that the Lord is listening, and he will answer when the time is right. The Bible says that God has big plans for us, and I do not believe that need and inadequacy will be a good definition of great plans. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans that I have for you,” explains the Lord, “plans to make you prosper and not to hurt you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (NIV).

Never think that a God who takes pleasure in giving good gifts to his children is contradicting himself by longing for a life of nakedness and want of his children. No! It cannot be the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the Bible. This weekend, you will enjoy protection and provision in Jesus name.
