One of the benefits of breaking bread is that it guarantees long life and good health. But it is very funny today that " breaking bread and holy spirit" as topics has disappeared into thin air.

There is something in this bread that is able to destroy whatever is out to kill your Christian life. "this is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die" (John 6:50). Dear readers! There is a major secret behind the flesh of Jesus, the living bread. It's the impartation of divine health and the Lord's divine natural, which is immune to sickness and diseases. Whenever you eat flesh of Jesus and drink His blood, you compel the flow of life and every form of disease and sickness in your system.

Read John 6:48-51 : They ate only "the bread" in the wilderness and none among their tribe was feeble. Now we are in the new covenant the "living bread" and "living drink" how much then should we enjoy perfect divine health. "Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and i will raise him up at the last day" (John 6:54).
