Most of the time we forget that football stars are regular people who have a completely regular life outside the football field.
Many of them are religious and at the same time many aren't. Just like it is for everyone today, every person has a right to do whatever he or she wants to do and believe in whatever they want to believe in too.
This is why I would be introducing you to two active football stars who are Christians and have tattoos across their body to show their faith in Christ.

Almost all of his body is covered in tattoos but most importantly, across his chest, there is one that reads; "I belong to Jesus" with a dove just under it.
On Ederson's back is also a tattoo of an angels' wings. On his knuckles, there's a Portuguese phrase which means "God is faithful." He also has a set of rosary beads and the sacred heart symbol on his right arm.

The former Chelsea and Arsenal striker is one player that has always spoken about his faith in Jesus and Christianity. Some years ago he made this comment;
"I try to speak about my faith whenever I can. I feel I have to use my media profile to talk about my commitment to Jesus Christ, and the matters that concern me."
The French striker has a tattoo on his right arm that is an inscription of the first line of Psalm 23. It is in Latin and it states, "Dominus regit me et nihil mihi demerit" which means, "The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want". Photo credit: Getty Images
Both these players decided to draw tattoos to show their strong faith in Christianity.
