The Founder and the President of The Mount Zion Faith Ministries, Evangelist Mike Bamiloye in his recent post on Facebook shared a message to the public.
While speaking on THE AMAZING SIMPLICITY OF THE GOSPEL OF SALVATION, the cleric reportedly read from Romans 10:8-13 which says " But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Speaking further he said "Have you ever been asked, “How do I become a Christian?” These verses give you the beautiful answer: meaning that Salvation is as close as your lips and heart. People think it must be a complicated process, but it is not. If we sincerely believe in our hearts and profess that Jesus Christ is the risen Lord, we will be saved.
Speaking lastly he said "Confession allows us to hold ourselves accountable for these sins and seek true forgiveness. The soul needs confession to cleanse itself, therefore allowing us to repair our relationship with Christ.
