As shared by the cleric in her words she has stressed from 0:01 to 0:44 of the video that sometimes, the way we think about things does not help matters. According to her, you can think about your problems that you make them bigger than what it is. The cleric has also encouraged believers on the need to relax and let everything go. She has stressed in her words that, people should try and enjoy their lives.
She has also advised in her words that, if you are living with someone or married to somebody who has a problem; if you let their problem make you unhappy, you have become codependent on them. According to the cleric, you will live a codependent with them in that, your life would revolve around checking on them if they are happy. It Is After that that you can as well decide if you would be happy. A codependent life relies on the life of other people before s/he lives.
