My esteemed readers, please try as much as possible to read James 5 :13 -16.

There is power in prayer, it opens the gate of God's blessings and at the same time closes the doors of sadness, sorrow and calamity. Prayer can lock and unlock. The word of God says, " The effectual fervent prayer of the righteous availeth much." When one prays with a righteous heart, such prayers will not go in vain.

Prayer is the master key that can unlock the locked doors, it is a multipurpose and multi-functional spiritual instrument which God Almighty cherishes. Matthew 7 : 7 says, any one that ask, will receive, whosoever seek, shall find and anyone that knock, the door shall be opened unto him. Mind you, it is what you ask for that you will receive from God. When you keep your mouth shut, the Lord will be looking at you but when you cry unto Him in prayer, he will look down on you from heaven and answer your prayers.

The story of Bartolomeo reminds us that, if you fail to call on God in prayer, God will not force you to receive His blessings. Jesus Christ never called Bartolomeo until he cried for an assistance, even when he was led to Christ, He (Jesus Christ) asked him what he wanted Him to do for him (Bartolomeo). He replied Jesus Christ that he wanted to regain his sights. Then, Jesus Christ did what Bartolomeo requested for, his eyes were opened, he could see clearly with his two eyes.

The good Lord is ready to hear and answer your prayers, whatever your challenges may be in life, tell it to God in prayers, He is your Alpha and Omega, the author and finisher of your faith. God said in His words that, " Call upon me, I will answer and show thee great and mighty things." The Lord of yesterday, is the Lord of today and He is alive forever more.

May God Almighty hear and answer your prayers, in the name of Jesus Christ.
