Osun State was agog when the general overseer of Prayer Centre Church of God Worldwide, Prophet Samson Oluwamodede stormed Iwo town, which happens to be his country home, for a 2-day revival programme, where he dropped 2 prophecies about the town.
Oluwamodede said two natural resources will be discovered at Ona-Papa, Iwo. He noted that neighbouring towns will enter into fierce disputes with Iwo over the ownership of the land where the resources are discovered, but in the long run, the land will be taken over by by Iwo community.
However, there would be controversies regarding the location of a company tasked with the exploration of the natural resources as government would suggest that the company be located away from the host community (Iwoland), but the community will oppose to the idea.
Oluwamodede explained that the sitting monarch, Oba AbdulRasheed Adewale Akanbi, will lead and win the struggle to have the company located in Iwoland.
However, the PCCG spiritual leader was coy on the name of the two natural resources, but hinted that one will be a novel resource in the country and the other a common resource.
He further added that a skinny young prophet between the ages of 15 and 16, who will take after him, will emerge from a Muslim family in Iwoland, noting that the parents of the said boy will disown him for switching religion and the lad will run to him for refuge.
