From LGBT Activist To A Minister Of God - What One Can Learn From Pastor Aaron’s Story

Pastor Aaron Akrong took to social media to share his story. He talked about how his life received a very amazing transformation in 2018 after 20 years of being in the world.

There are a lot of things to learn from the story of Pastor Aaron, which I will be sharing a few today.

2. God truly loves sinners and wants their repentance.

The way we humans see people who commit huge sins is not the way God sees them.

Human beings might be quick to judge people who are in the world, but God might have something better for them in the future.

Pastor Aaron Akrong made it known that he had been having affairs with his fellow men, which is a very big sin.

In fact, God had to destroy the whole of Sodom and Gomorrah because of this. This is to show you how bad it is.

Pastor Aaron didn’t only do this, he also talked about being a drug addict, that is, taking hard substances just to get intoxicated.

Yet, his life was transformed. This is to tell you that no matter how big you think your sin is, if you are willing to repent, ask God for forgiveness, and you will surely receive it.

1. God can use anyone for his work.

There are a lot of people who are in the world now. They commit sins that will make people think they can’t be of any good anymore.

This is not true. There is no one that God cannot use. If he can turn Saul to Paul in the bible, then who else can’t he use?

Pastor Aaron Akrong made it known that he was championing the LGBT course in Ghana until God called him.

Now, he is a minister of God. Imagine someone who has been in such a thing for about 20 years later seeing the light and is now being used to preach the Gospel to people.

No matter how bad you think someone is, they can become God’s tool for good tomorrow.
