Is It Possible To Pressure God To Grant A Request Against His Will? - Pastor Kumuyi Clarifies

The General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, has revealed the possibility of pressuring God to grant a request that contradicts his purpose.

In a video on the Deeper Life Facebook page, the man of God said that the children of Israel pushed God aside to ask for permissive will, and God granted them their request. Kumuyi said, "It is possible to pressure God to grant a request against his will, but it brings regret, pain, confusion, and misplaced Christian experiences." He said that those who seek God's permissive will don't wait to hear the words of God before taking decisions. He said that their counselors don't also seek the face of God but counsel them according to their past experiences. He also said that those who pressure God to grant them their requests are being pushed by their flesh not to wait for God's perfect will.
