Just like St Paul in the Bible that was converted to to be a Christ follower, so was these pastors below. Many of these men of God we see did not become powerful men of God on a platter of Gold. But on hard work, patience, and faith in God. 

Nigeria is a country that gives everyone the right to belong to any of the known religions in the country. Even at that it's difficult for one to leave the religion he or she grew up with. 

Below are some of the powerful men of God that their parent were Muslims and they also grew up as Muslims. 

1. Joshua Iginla

The founder of the Champions Royal Assembly, Joshua Iginla was born into a Muslim family. His Father and Mother were Muslims. According to, he said that covering to Christianity was not easy for him, as his father Lasisi Iginla disapproved it. 

2. Bishop David Oyedepo

David Oyedepo the faith preacher. He is one of the renowned pastors in the world. And the founder of living Faith church worldwide. Unknown to many, Bishop David Oyedepo father, Ibrahim, was a Muslim healer. But the the spirit led him to become one of the known pastors in the world. 

3. Apostle Johnson Suleman 

From the Suleman in his name, you would know that he was from a Muslim home. The Omega fire ministry founder was raised as a Muslim busy his Muslim father, this is according to information made available from his Church website. He converted to Christianity in school after he denounced cultism. And since then, he has not looked back.

4. Pastor Tunde Bakare

The Founder of The LatterRain Assembly located in Lagos, Tunde Bakare was born to Muslim parent.
