Recall that on Tuesday, 4 May protesters stormed Holy Ghost Catholic Church and allegedly unleashed violence on the church leaderstructures while searching for their spiritual who was said to be detained.
According to Rev Fr Mbaka, on the said date he want to Bishop House to honour an invitation which he thought was a meeting of a father and son. To his surprise, those who were there had already revealed the conclusion of the meeting and were bragging that they would show Mbaka that the Adoration has been closed down.
SaharaReporters gathered that Fr Mbaka was suspended for 30 days for inciting his congregation to lead a protest and vandalising Bishop Court in Enugu.
After Mbaka rejoined followers on Thursday, he narrated that some people are fighting teeth and nail to close Adoration Ministry. I never disobeyed the church, I don't know what happened in the background but after meeting with a team of consultants the Bishop asked me to stay out of Adoration ground for 30 days and be silent for 30 days - Mbaka.
