Opinion: Three Things Pastor Tunde Bakare Could Discuss With President Buhari

Pastor Tunde is one of the fearless and fiercest critic of President Muhammad Buhari. However, the visit of the clergyman to Ask Rock came as a surprise to some and to others, they feel it is one of the prophecy of the Pastor that is materialising.

In this article, I will be sharing two things which Pastor Tunde Bakare could have discussed with the number one man in Nigeria.

First, of all, the Pastor in one of his numerous speeches maintained that Nigeria needs to be saved as the current administration of Buhari has not done enough to tackle insecurity and make the economy of the country better.

Therefore, the first thing I think Pastor Bakare could be discussing with President Buhari is the state of the nation. The clergyman will explain to the President how insecure the country is and how bad the economy of the nation is. And Pastor Tunde Bakare as well all know could provide some solutions and the blueprint in which the president could follow to make the nation more prosperous.

Another thing in which Pastor Bakare could discuss with the president is the issue of whom will be his (Buhari) successor. As well all know the 2023 election is so much around the corner and different individuals and political parties are already preparing to take over the mantle of leadership from President Buhari come 2023.

The third thing in which the clergyman could discuss with Buhari is the kind of legacy the president would leave behind. Being his former vice presidential candidate, Tunde Bakare would want President Buhari to leave a.good legacy behind so that Nigerians - both the present and the unborn generation will speak of him and his administration in glowing terms.

The above points and many more are what I think Pastor Bakare would discuss with President Muhammad Buhari during his visit to Aso Rock earlier today.
