Catholic Church Fixes Burial Date For Rev. Fr. Ochieze

Catholic Diocese Of Orlu has fixed the burial date for one of the diocesan priest, Reverend Father OlivierOchieze who was reportedto have slept on the Lord early this year. The sad news about his death was broken on during the 10 a.m Holy mass celebration in his parish after he had joined the saints at the early hour of the Sunday, 10th day of January 2021.
Until his death, Fr. Ochieze was a Catholic Parish Priest of St. Paul's Parish, Owerri-Umudioka in Imo State, the south east part of Nigeria. He hailed from Amannachi in Orsu local Government Area of the same Imo State. He was a peace loving priest and was dedicated to the work of God.
The burial date has been scheuled to take place Today, 4th February, 2021 at the Orlu diocese Cathedral, Holy Trinity, Orlu after a funeral mass to be officiated by the Diocesan Catholic Bishop, Rt. Most Rev. Ukwuoma and the body will be laid to rest. May the soul of Rev. Ochieze and other faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
