The founder and General Overseer of the Living Faith Church worldwide popularly known as Winners Chapel said the church has prayed and fasted a lot but have not gotten the desired result. He said this is the time to make a switch to praises.
In the post made on his official Facebook page, Bishop Oyedepo said the church has too many prayer warriors, as a result, they have prayed and fasted but have not achieved major victories in their operations. The presiding Bishop at Faith Tabernacle Church said instead of depending on prayers, it is time to raise praise warriors who would achieve more success for the church.
He suggested that having "praise warriors" will enable the church have more victories. Bishop David Oyedepo said "we have too many prayer warriors; it's time to have praise warriors." He told his followers that they have prayed and fasted enough and it's now time to discover the power in praise because "when you are full of praises, you have more victories."
The respected man of God encouraged churches to set up praise warriors.
Prayer warriors are known to be one of the key members of the any Church because of their constant engagement in spiritual warfare and prayers especially, during church special programmes. One of the characteristics of Prayer group, as some Churches call them, is fasting and prayers for the church leadership and members of the Church as long as welfare of the Church.
According to Bishop David Oyedepo, churches should discover the power of praise and set up praise warriors so that there will be more victories for the Church.
