Daddy Freeze is a popular on-air personality who formally worked as a presenter for Cool FM and is also widely known for some of his controversial views on religion.

Reno Omokri on the other hand is a self-acclaimed evangelist who claims to have a good knowledge of the word of God.

The two men have always referred to Jesus as "Yeshua Hamashiach" in their podcasts and most of their social media posts, and this is due to some reasons, according to them.

First, Daddy Freeze and Reno Omokri refer to Jesus as "Yeshua Hamashiach" because it is their belief that that is the original name of Jesus Christ.

The name "Yeshua Hamashiach" as Reno Omokri and Daddy Freeze calls Jesus, means "Jesus the Messiah".

It is believed that the original name of Jesus as he was given, being that Jesus was a Hebrew, is "Yeshua".

Accordingly, it is the argument of Reno Omokri and Daddy Freeze that Jesus should be called his original Hebrew name, not the English version of the name.

Secondly, the two men are of the argument that calling Jesus Christ his original Hebrew name "Yeshua Hamashiach", might make the name more effective.

In one of his live videos, Daddy Freeze had remarked that he prefers calling Jesus Christ by his original Hebrew name because it is more effective.

Although Reno Omokri and Daddy Freeze have held on to these views, some Bible scholars have noted that it does not matter how you call the name, it remains effective.
