Scriptures:

2 CORINTHIANS 13:5 (KJV) says; Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

2 CORINTHIANS 13:3-5 (KJV) says; (3) Since ye seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, which to you-ward is not weak, but is mighty in you. (4) For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he lived by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you. (5) Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

Once a person is saved in Christ Jesus, the very decision he or she made then to follow Christ has attracted ups and downs of the world to him or herself because, it's not a thing of Joy for Satan and his followers in the kingdom of darkness to see believers increasing daily. 

Therefore, the devil himself try to play different kinds of pranks and temptations in the lives of Christians. Christ himself knows and can immediately put an end to the work of darkness but willingly that He allowed Satan to test us because he has full trust in you and I that we will remain righteousness in Him just as he does In the book of JOB.

It's now your basic right not to fall in the temptations of the devil and his followers through using little things as a test for you. The devil test you via your patience, faith, obedience, humility... if you fail in any of this or most especially via offenses, then you have given him rights over your life and hence he will claim all the promises and plan of God for your life because, as a Christian you should have the fruits of the spirit and of God in your life which are; Love, Joy, Milkiness, Peace...e.t.c

On this note, the prominent man of God PROPHET TEMITOPE BALOGUN JOSHUA has again taken to his Twitter official page to patiently explain and teach the basic concept of Christians examining their lives daily. He teaches why Christians should always remember to examine their lives and what will definitely happen if in case they don't.

The diligent and Honorable man of the Gospel has said that Christians examining their lives is a good thing, and few things are more dangerous than a person with an unexamined life. The man of God says that Christians should always remember and ready to apologise and change behavior when they make a mistake. He added that, you will surely get the best from people around you when there is still an atmosphere that supports the right thing.

He Says and I quote below;

"Examining our lives is a good thing. Few things are more dangerous than a person with an unexamined life. Apologise and change your behaviour when you make a mistake. We will get the best from those around us when there is an atmosphere that supports doing the right thing."
