The name David Oyedepo is not strange to many of us because he is one of the most popular pastors not only in Nigeria but Africa at large. David Oyedepo is not just your regular Nigerian pastor, he is a Christian author, businessman, architect and the founder and presiding Bishop of the megachurch Faith Tabernacle in Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria, and Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners' Chapel International.
David Oyedepo recently approved the construction of soon to be the largest church auditorium in Nigeria.The Winners new church Auditorium is estimated to occupies as much as 1000 hectares of land, According to report the project which involves the demolition of the old Faith Academy, as well as Word of Faith Bible Institute among other facilities, will also include the transformation of 50,000 capacity (former largest world auditorium) Faith Tabernacle into an overflow. Apart from this, another 20 storey building will be built to serve as an administration block for workers of the church, however, the legacy project is estimated to cost about N50billion.When completed the ultra-modern church will become the largest church Auditorium in Nigeria, and in the world
