Three Advices From The Holy Prophet That Could Help Us Lead A Good Life

The Prophet (Pbuh) is a blessing to all Muslims, and the one whose teachings and lifestyle we should all think of emulating to have a better life, as stated in Quran 33 vs. 21, that the Holy Prophet (s) is a role model for believers. His way of doing things, or his Sunnah, must be followed by those who wish to please God and attain success in the world and the Hereafter.

Whenever the prophet pbuh advises us as Muslims, we should know that following it can change our lives. Some of his advice has impacted so many lives, according to some authentic narration. Allah also informed us in Quran 59:7, that whatever the Messenger gives you, take it, and whatever he forbids you, abstain and have Taqwa (Fear) of Allah. Verily Allah is severe in punishment."

Following his advice will not only lead us to have a good life, but also ensure that we are following divine guidance from the Prophet, who has direct communication with God, the creator and owner of the heavens and earth. In today's article, we'll learn about three of his advice to Muslims during his lifetime.

Advice of the prophet is many, but here are just three of them.

1. Advice Of Holy Prophet To One Of His Companions

A man came to the prophet (pbuh) to seek for his advice, and he (pbuh) replied with three statements:

(1.) When you stand for your prayer, pray as if you are saying farewell.

This statement is teaching us Muslims not to live this life like tomorrow is assured, to always remember that we will leave this Earth one day so we should be prepared for the reality of life.

Whoever has this taught in mind will never misbehave and will also be good to People

(2.) Do not say anything or do things for which you must apologise.

If we follow this advice as Muslims, then we will never have a single enemy or we won't any issue with anybody. This advice is enough to checkmate our behavior to people and also keep a good relationship with others.

(3.) Give up any desire to acquire what people have.

When you follow this advice, you will be content with whatever Allah has given you and also not be interested in people's belongings or properties.

(This Hadith can be found in Sunan Ibn Mājah 4169).

2. Advice of Holy prophet To Abu Dharr

Allah's Messanger (pbuh) said to Abu Dharr one of his companion (pbuh).

"Oh Abu Dharr! Make good use of five things before five things overtake you;

1. Your youth before Your old age.

2. your health before your sickness.

3. Your wealth before your poverty.

4. your spare time before your being busy

5. your life before your death.

3. Advice Of The prophet to all Muslims

"O People, lend me your ears, for I don't know if I'll ever see you again after this year." As a result, pay close attention to what I'm saying to you and pass these words on to those who aren't able to be here today.

O People, just as you regard this month, this day, and this city as sacred, so do you regard every Muslim's life and property as a sacred trust. Return the items entrusted to you to their proper owners. Hurt no one in order for no one to hurt you. Remember that you will meet your Lord, and He will account for your actions. Because God has forbidden you to take usury (interest), all interest obligations are now null and void. Your capital, on the other hand, is yours to keep. You will neither cause nor suffer inequity. God has decreed that there will be no interest, and that all interest owed to Al-Abbas ibn Abd'el Muttalib will be waived in the future.

For the sake of your religion's safety, beware of Satan. He has given up hope of ever being able to lead you astray in big things, so be wary of following him in small things.

O People, you have certain rights in relation to your women, but they also have rights over you. Remember that you took them as your wives only on God's trust and with His permission. If they respect your rights, they have the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Treat your women with respect and kindness because they are your partners and dedicated helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with anyone you do not approve of, and that they never be unchaste.

O People, listen to me in earnest, worship God, perform your five daily prayers, fast during the month of Ramadan, and offer Zakat. Perform Hajj if you have the means.

Adam and Eve are the parents of all mankind. An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, and a non-Arab has no superiority over an Arab; a white has no superiority over a black, and a black has no superiority over a white; and [no one has superiority over another] except through piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim has a brother in every other Muslim and that all Muslims are one brotherhood. Nothing belonging to a fellow Muslim shall be legitimate to a Muslim unless it was freely and willingly given. Do not, therefore, do yourself a great injustice.

Remember that one day you will stand before God and account for your actions. So be careful not to deviate from the path of righteousness after I'm gone.

No prophet or apostle will come after me, and no new faith will be born, O People. Therefore, think carefully, O people, and comprehend the words I am conveying to you. I leave two things behind me: the Quran and my example, the Sunnah, and if you follow these, you will never be lost.
