Nigeria is known to be the country with the most number of churches in the world, so I'll be looking at the top.6 biggest built Auditorium in Nigeria.
Note that only church Auditorium are considered below, canopies, church tent and overflow are not included.

The Deeper Christian Life Ministry sit on the No.5 spot of the largest church Auditorium in the world but not in Nigeria. The auditorium was completed in the year 2018 and was named "The Deeper Life Bible Church" it's located in Lagos state with a sitting capacity of 30,000.
5.INTERNATIONAL GOSPEL CENTER.
Own by the World Of Life Bible Church, is actually one of the biggest and oldest church Auditorium in Nigeria with a sitting capacity of 35,000 that was completed in the year 2014,it is location in Warri, Nigeria.
4.FAITH TABANACLE.
The Living faith church was Recognize by Guinness Book Of Record in 2008 as the World largest church Auditorium with a sitting capacity of 50,000 is currently the 3rd largest in the world and 4rd in my list. It was completed in the year 1999 and was named "FAITH TABANACLE " located in Lagos state.
3.CHAMPIONS ROYAL ASSEMBLY.
The champions royal assembly auditorium earn it spot as the 3rd biggest in Nigeria with 80,000 sitting capacity. The mega building which is located in Kubwa, Abuja was completed around 2017.
2.GLORY SANCTUARY DOME.
The Glory Sanctuary Dome by Dunamis International Gospel Center is the second biggest church Auditorium in the world and Nigeria with a sitting capacity of 100,000 located in Abuja was completed in the year 2018.
1.THE HAND OF GOD.
The Salvation Ministry "HAND OF GOD" is no doubt the biggest Church Auditorium in the world and Nigeria with a whooping sitting capacity of 120,000 completed this year 2020 and is located in Porth-Harcourt, Nigeria.
