Worship has to do with your heart, mind and body. Our mood and body posture tells much about our passion and affection to God wonders when we sing and shout.
God is Worthy of all our praise, there is no body that can do wonders and heal our wound as our God. We need to show how grateful we are to him by singing and dancing.
As a child of most high we are immaterial creatures, we need to worship out creator with our whole being. With out hand lifted up we declear his worth and honor God
