How You Can Tap Into Your Pastor's Anointing

Every good Christian wants to enjoy the anointing of his pastor but there are certain reasons why some do not enjoy it. We keep going to church but it seems that there is no difference which is because we do not respect the ability of our pastor's anointing. However, here are five ways by which you can tap into your pastor's anointing:

A. You must receive their person.

In Matthew 10:41, the Bible says:

"Whoever welcomes a prophet as a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward, and whoever welcomes a righteous person as a righteous person will receive a righteous person’s reward."

You must first believe the person of your pastor and also that he is sent from God. You need to be able to welcome him as a pastor and a prophet and you should also respect his calling.

B. You must believe in their ministry.

In 2 Chronicles 20:20, the Bible says:

"...Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper."

You must also believe in the ministry of your prophet and pastor if you want to tap into their lighting. If you do not believe in them then you might not be able to get to the establishment you need from them but God. This scripture says that if you believe in your prophet, then you will prosper.

C. You must sow constantly into their life.

In Hebrews 7:7, the Bible says:

"And without doubt, the lesser is blessed by the greater."

You must find joy in giving to your pastor if you want to be able to tap into their anointing. When you give, then you should expect more from them.

D. You must honor them from your heart.

In Proverbs 27:19, the Bible says:

"As water reflects the face, so one’s life reflects the heart."

You must be able to honor your prophets and pastors if you want to be able to tap into the night. If you don't honor them, then you might not get what you need from them and even from God. Give them the deserved honor from your heart.

E. You must obey their instructions.

In 2 Kings 5:13-14, the Bible says:

"So he went down and dipped himself in the Jordan seven times, as the man of God had told him, and his flesh was restored and became clean like that of a young boy."

Naaman was cured of his leprosy because he obeyed the words of the Prophet. Therefore if you want to tap into the anointing of your prophet and pastors, you should be able to obey every single word they say, because they are the mouthpiece of God.
