5 Directives Bishop Oyedepo Gave His Members During The Covenant Hour of Prayer

Bishop David Oyedepo, the General Overseer of the Living Faith Church Worldwide gave some important directives and instructions to his members during a recent meeting with them. He spoke about the goodness of God over the church and how the church is moving forward. According to him, one of the major reasons why the church is moving forward is because of its ability to give to God. They have been enjoying the blessings of God in all ramifications and there wasn't a single COVID-19 case in the church. "That was one of the results of their sacrifice to God," he said.

However, the man of God said a lot of things during his message, and here are 5 instructions and directives he gave to his members:

1. Everybody under the sound of my voice today, take time to write down what God has done in your life this year. Write it one by one. The One that turned all those lines is waiting for you to acknowledge the lines He has turned so He can do the rest.

2. Don’t just hear testimonies and be entertained, find out what happened. What is it that happened?

3. One area to buy into the stock is in praying for new converts and new members to be established in the faith. Soul-winning without prayers will be exercised in futility.

4. Let nobody come to Church on Sunday without somebody being carried on your shoulder to come. It is an instruction

5. We must pray for our new converts to be turned into instant disciples of Christ. That is one rescue line of the prayer. Lord, turn these converts into instant disciples of You.

Finally, we have to believe we obey the words of the man of God. It is an important mandate and we need to stand by it. As we do, God will help us in Jesus' name. Amen.
