Tarwiyah is the eighth day of the Islamic month of Dhu Al-Hijjah and it marks the journey of Hajj pilgrims from Mecca to Mina.
Mina, also transliterated as Muna and commonly known as the City of Tents is a valley and neighborhood located in the Masha'er district of Mecca in the Makkah Province of Saudi Arabia, 8 kilometers southeast of Mecca, covering an area of approximately 20 km².

All health and safety protocols are still very much in place as the Hajj proceedings continue. The rules of face-masks and observance of social distancing are still being respected.
In other news relating to Hajj 2021, the Kiswah (covering) of the Kaaba 🕋 was successfully changed yesterday. A group of experts carried out the procedure.
