Ladies, Here are 8 Types of Prayers You Should Pray For Your Man

A wife's prayer for her husband has the potential to be quite powerful. Do you pray for your husband daily? It's something I strive to do, but I'm terrible at it. It's difficult to develop a prayer habit, especially in today's world of distractions and to-do lists.

But, it is critical. Spending time in prayer with God is necessary for us to continue to grow in our Christian faith and become closer to God.

Thankfully, prayer does not have to be a time-consuming process. Short prayers sprinkled throughout the day may be preferable for many of us. After all, the Bible says we should pray constantly (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

These prayers for husbands can be done as desired during the day to support our husbands out there. There's nothing fancy or difficult about these. They're just words, after all. You can use these as a starting point for your prayer inspiration, or you can copy them verbatim. God will bless you and your marriage for your perseverance in prayer, regardless of how you go about it. Here are 18 tips to help you remember to pray every day.

1. For your husband's guidance, please pray.

Consider asking the Lord for guidance in your everyday prayers for your husband. Request that he provide your husband a spirit of knowledge in all his endeavors.

God, Please guide my spouse in whatever he does. Be with him when he makes big and small decisions, and enable him to feel your presence in his life. Give him the courage to make godly decisions and to strive to do your will in everything he does. Please bless him and make his routes straight and obvious if he is dealing with a specific challenge. Amen.

2. Pray for your husband's strength.

Oh, my God, Please bless my man with courage and strengthen him today. Assist him in remembering that his grace and strength come from you. Help us to remember, Heavenly Father, that all of our excellent gifts start from you. Please remind my husband of your love and support when he is feeling down. Assist me in becoming the wife he needs. Amen.

3. Pray for a godly marriage.

Always express gratitude to God for your marriage and ask for His blessing. I hope that this prayer for husband and wife inspires you to write your own. Lord, Thank you for the gift of marriage from the bottom of my heart. I am so grateful that you blessed me with such a great husband whom I adore. Please help me to never take him for granted and to love him as much as I can.

4. Prayer peace of mind.

A prayer for peace is maybe one of the most helpful and powerful prayers you can say for your husband. This is something you should probably pray for both your husband and myself daily. I know that you, Lord, are the giver of peace. Please assist my husband and me in remembering this and seeking your serenity at all times. When we're stressed, agitated, or anxious, please help us to remember your promises.

5. A prayer for the day.

This is a short way to show him how much you care and to ask God to protect him. Dear God, I'm sending you my daily prayer for my husband, that he feels your presence all day long. That he is aware of his wife's and family's affection and support. And that he considers you in all of his decisions. God bless him, protect him, and bring him back to me. Amen.

6. A blessing for your union.

It's a wonderful idea to pray with your spouse every day. It not only enhances your friendship but also helps to boost your spiritual life. A marriage blessing is a nice prayer that you can recite daily or as frequently as you think to, whether you're praying with or without your partner.

7. Prayers for your husband's well-being and provision.

We know that God will provide for us, especially when we put our faith in Him. I think it's a great idea for you and your husband to pray for this. It's the ideal method to place your faith in God's hands. Allow him to take control.

HEAVENLY Father, You have promised that you will provide for all of our needs. I trust you to keep your word. Please meet all of my husband's physical, spiritual, economical, and emotional requirements. Help him recognize your blessings in his life and learn to rely on you for everything.

8. He should feel God's love.

Finally, remember to pray that your spouse should be overwhelmed by God's love in his life. It's simple to pray for specific behaviors, decisions, and challenges, but don't forget where it all begins. We love him because he loved us first (1 John 4:19).
