
The Archbishop of Catholic Archdioces of Onitsha, His grace, Most Rev. Dr. Valerian Maduka Okeke and his auxillary, Most Rev. Denis Isizoh commissioned and blessed Oluchukwu Micro Finance Bank launched ATM to mark her improvement and determination to render financial services to her numerous customers.


The ceremony was a lot key event that attracted only few of the personnel of the bank and priests working within Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity, Onitsha
The bank was incorporated in 1995 as Umunna Estate Community Bank Limited but was renamed Oluchukwu Community Bank Ltd and commenced operation in 2001. It was later in 2002 that CBN issued them an Operational license and in 2007, the bank successfully completed a move to full fledged microfinance bank.
Oluchukwu microfinance bank is owned by the Catholic Archdioces of Onitsha.
