My opinion on pastor Oyedepo's comment
The G.O of the living faith church known popularly as the winners chapel has made a controversial statement causing problems online pastor David Oyedepo made a statement stating that those who doesn't pay their tithe is under financial curse.
My question is,is it really true because we live on a country where it is hard for people to get a job and which has led so many people into joining all sort of bad groups and committing social vices so as to make money and belonf to the well respected ones in the society.
Meanwhile, we all were struck by the pandemic and what it came alongside with (poverty, famine etc) so many people are still starting to know their right from their left and what the pandemic caused (lockdown).
At the same time there are some people who have always been cheerful givers who gives out to the poor and helps the needy. In this way they ate also paying their tithe and in the most beautiful way.
I mean paying of tithe and offering is not until when we go to drop a huge sum of money on the church altar but we can actually do the best by helping other in the least way.
Am sorry to say this but I wasn't expecting this from pastor Oyedepo and I pray he finds a solution before it goes worldwide.
