In Nigeria, there are a lot of churches but when it comes to talking about the prominent and the most popular ones, the Redeem Christian Church of God will surely make the list. The Redeem Christian Church has established itself to the extent that the majority of Nigerians know about the church and its Leadership. As a matter of fact, the church has branches in almost every area in the country and beyond.
But, one thing that is common amongst all churches is the fact that all of them have different doctrines that are meant to be strictly followed by the members. Some churches will even make a book that consists of all the rules and regulations governing the denomination.
However, Pastor Leke Adeboye who is the son and personal assistant of the Redeem Christian Church of God General Overseer has taken to his official Instagram handle to share with his followers some things that can never happen in the Redeem Christian Church of God.
Below is a list of all the six things that he mentioned:
1. Daddy G.O standing up as a newcomer.
2. Davido called to collect the offering.
3. A service without singing, clapping, music, or someone shouting hallelujah.
4. Cancelling of Thanksgiving on the first Sunday of the month.
5. No meeting after service.
6. No social media presence.
However, after he shared these things, a lot of people who seem to be members of the church have reacted to his claims. From the reactions that we screenshot, a lot seems not to agree with him in the place where he mentioned DAVIDO. People believed that Davido can still collect an offering in a Redeem Church but that's on the premise that he gives his life to Christ. Some of the commenters even added some of the impossible things that can never happen in a Redeem Church.
What do you think about all of these things that he listed out? Which of it do you think is possible to happen? Let us know what you think by using the comment section. Thanks
