Meaning Of The Sacrifice For Eid El Kabir

Eid el kabir also known as Eid al Adha or the sacrifice Festival is an annual celebration by the Muslim/ Islamic faithfuls around the world. It is regarded as the holier of the two celebration and honors the prophet Ibrahim (AS) selflessness and willingness to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God's command. Eid al-Adha is an occasion of much pomp and ceremony in Nigeria, where it is also known as the Durbar Festival . This is the culmination of the Muslim Pilgrimage to Mecca and a day of communal prayer. People throng together in their best regalia. The holiday celebrates the conclusion of the 29 or 30 days of dawn-to-sunset fasting during the entire month of Ramadan. As the date of Eid el Fatir depends on the sighting of the moon, there may be variations in the exact date that is celebrated around the world.

This means that eid el kabir or id al adha is one of the most celebrated festival around the world. It is one of the most sacrifices that every mature adult must do. But it is not composure if you don't have the means (money). I hope you all understand?
