Apostle Johnson Suleman, the founder and Senior Pastor of the Auchi based Omega Fire Ministries International has taken to his official Facebook page to share the video of a message he delivered, Where he revealed the reason why Elijah and Moses appeared to the Lord Jesus Christ, on the Mountain, which is referred to as Mount of transfiguration in Matthew 17:1-9.
According to the cleric, the Lord Jesus Christ took his three foremost disciples, Peter James, and John, to the Mount where he was transformed and the two prophets Moses and Elijah, appeared to the Lord Jesus Christ and talked with him. On this, the cleric has revealed in his words, from 02:28:12 to 02:28:48 of the video that, the significance of the appearance of the two biblical characters, after having been dead, centuries before the existence of the Lord Jesus Christ and the disciples, is that Moses is the custodian of the water, and Elijah is the custodian of the fire, hence, they appeared on the Mountain at the transfiguration to overload the disciples with the endowment of the power and unction in the Water and Fire.
This, according to the cleric, would further help them and empower them more in their later ministry. But, this apostle Peter did not understand. According to the cleric, he was carried away with a project. As he requested from the Lord Jesus Christ in the same Matthew 17:1-9 that, they should prepare three tents, one for Jesus, one for Moses, and the other for Elijah. The appearance of the prophets is for impartation in the life of the disciples.
