Pastor Paul Adefarasin is the founder and presiding Pastor of the Lekki-based House On The Rock Church. The cleric renowned for his motivational messages has taken to his official Facebook page to share the video of a message he delivered on leadership and why it is not a thing you can strive to achieve.
According to the cleric, from 0:01 of the video, he has stressed in his words that, leadership is not a pursuit, you don't strive or try to become a leader. The only thing you can do to fit into the position of a leader is to first try to get a vision—you must first develop a vision. As revealed by the cleric, it is after you might have developed a visionary goal and you work towards its attainment, then, leadership qualities and roles would automatically be placed and you would be endowed with them.
To become a leader is not born through your zeal or abilities, it is a product of the visions and plans, that you have conceived and birthed over the years.
