The Nigerian pastor in the person of Odumeje, disclosed that his ministry race began in 1996 in Onitsha when he was selling polythene bags there. His mother was always putting pressure on him, telling him stories related with Jesus Christ, and how Christ wanted him for service.
He disclosed that he was resisting the calling, wondering how a young man like himself would be chosen by Christ to preach on the streets, when he was supposed to be making money like others.
He however went on to ask his mother to tell that Jesus who had been appearing to her to come and arrest me, without which I would not succumb to the calling.
During an interview session with "Vanguard", the Nigerian Pastor disclosed that he do not believe in long sermons, and that he should not be told stories about Christ, because to him it’s as if he is being brainwashed to empty him pocket.
According to him, Christ spoke a little and performed so many miracles. I don’t believe in faith.
